Lineup 2019
Aus der Asche einiger umtriebiger, teilweise abgelebter DIY-Punker-Gruppen aus HH und Kiel - namentlich No Weather Talks, Stumbling Pins und Plastic Propaganda - sind Ende 2017 No Sugar hervorgegangen. Bei No Sugar dreht sich alles um maximal drei bis vier Akkorde, Eyeliner, Glitzer und die ewigen Verlockungen des Rock’n'Roll.
Musikalisch werden Einflüsse aus den letzten 5 Jahrzehnten Pop-und Punkkultur, von Joan Jett und Bikini Kill, über The Sonics bis The Subways verbraten - RiotGarageRockGrrrl-Indie-Punk wäre also das entsprechende Genre. 2018 erschien mit 'Wasting Time w/ Rock’n'Roll' die erste EP beim Bremer Label Sabotage Records, 2019 folgt dann das Debütalbum, welches voraussichtlich den Titel 'Rock’n'Roll isn't boring - it's you' tragen könnte.

We think the sound of thrash was... perfected in the 80’s and we’re not trying to add anything to the mix.
Statues On Fire ist eine der Bands, die dich einfach wegblasen, wenn du sie einmal gehört hast. Diese melodic Punkband aus São Paulo, Brasilien, wurde 2012 von Andre Alves gegründet. Andre war Kopf der Nitrominds aus São Paolo, die innerhalb ihrer 18jährigen Bandgeschichte häufig quer durch Europa getourt sind und hierzulande keine Unbekannten mehr sind.
